• 7-Day Checking Warranty: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 to 7 days of delivery.

• Conditions for Return: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer within 5 business days.

• Non-Returnable Items: Please note that "Change of Mind" returns are generally not accepted unless the product is faulty or different from the description.
